About Raghida
Raghida is a certified yoga teacher and dedicated Ashtanga practitioner who has been practicing since 2018. Her training includes Yin Yoga, pranayama, meditation and trauma-informed facilitation.
Her teaching is rooted in embodiment, inviting students to explore the practice through breath, mindful movement and steady awareness. Her classes are grounded, balanced, intentional and adaptable, honoring each student’s individuality while remaining rooted in the integrity of the practice.
