Reconnect to your roots with Dyala Sabbagh

Your feet are where your relationship with the ground begins.

Join us for a two-hour workshop exploring how your feet influence the way you stand, move, balance, and feel throughout your entire body.

Often restricted and overlooked, the feet play an essential role in posture, stability, alignment, and physical performance. Limited mobility in the feet and ankles can create compensation patterns that travel throughout the body.

Through guided mobility exercises, grounding practices, and balance work, Dyala will help you better understand your feet and build a stronger, more responsive connection to the ground beneath you.

During the workshop, you will explore:

✨ Foot and ankle mobility
✨ Balance, stability, and coordination
✨ The relationship between the feet, posture, and movement
✨ Restrictions and compensation patterns
✨ Practical exercises to support more grounded movement

This workshop is open to all bodies and experience levels. No previous movement or mobility experience is required.

About Dyala

Dyala Sabbagh is a movement coach whose work focuses on helping people build stronger, more connected relationships with their bodies.

Through mobility, functional movement, and embodied awareness, she supports participants in understanding how the body moves as an integrated system, beginning with the feet and their relationship to the ground.

Her approach combines practical education with accessible movement exercises, helping people improve mobility, stability, balance, and confidence in their bodies.

Dyala’s workshops are not about achieving perfect movement. They are an invitation to listen more closely, move with greater intention, and reconnect with the foundation that supports you every day.
