Embodied Yin yoga

Embodied Yin Yoga with Raghida

Soften and reconnect with your body from within.

Embodied Yin is a slow, meditative practice that works with the fascia and connective tissues through longer-held postures, creating space for release, resilience and ease.

Breathwork, meditation and somatic awareness are woven throughout the experience, supporting nervous system regulation and a deeper felt connection with the body.

Rather than focusing on achieving a particular shape, this workshop invites you to listen inward, notice sensation and meet your body with curiosity and care.
