Honouring & Remembrance
An evening of silence, solidarity, reflection & togetherness.
Saturday, October 31 | 7:30–9:00 PM
Soma & Soul Studio | Jabal Amman
Some moments leave us searching for words. Some losses ask us to pause.
In light of the recent attack on the church and the heaviness so many of us have been carrying across the region, we feel the need to come together. To pause, to remember, to hold space for one another, and to find comfort in our shared humanity.
We invite you to gather at Soma & Soul for an intimate evening of remembrance, a space to honour the lives affected, hold one another in compassion, and reaffirm the dignity and humanity we share.
Through moments of silence, meditation, candle-lighting, and collective reflection, we hope to create a space for presence, compassion, and togetherness.
What to Expect
Welcome & candle-lighting: Setting a collective intention for compassion, peace, and remembrance.
Grounding & meditation: Gentle breathwork, body awareness, and moments of stillness.
Open sharing circle: An invitation to reflect, speak, or simply listen.
Collective remembrance: Offering words, thoughts, or wishes for peace and humanity.
Closing & connection: Shared silence, tea, and informal conversation.
This is not a space where we need to have the right words or answers. It is an invitation to be present with one another, to listen, to remember, and to find comfort in the simple act of coming together.
All are welcome. No previous meditation experience is necessary, and sharing is always optional.
Come as you are. We gather in remembrance, compassion, and solidarity.
