somatic dance meditation

A full moon release journey with Tala Asendar

Join us for an evening of conscious free-form movement, music, and somatic grounding designed to help you release stress, reconnect inward, and move with your body’s natural rhythm.

Held under the energy of the full moon, this session invites you to shake off daily pressure, soften accumulated tension, and create space for a lighter, more grounded state of being.

This is not a traditional dance class. There are no steps to follow, no choreography to learn, and no pressure to perform. You’ll be guided through a musical journey that allows your body to move freely, intuitively, and at its own pace.

Open to all bodies and experience levels.

Time: 7:30–9:00 PM

About Tala

Movement has always been Tala’s way of coming home to herself.

She began studying dance as a form of therapy in 2018, using it to navigate shyness, release deep-seated stress, and find a greater sense of ease and regulation in her body.

Over the past five years, her practice has evolved through dedicated study of Ashtanga yoga, Thai yoga massage, anatomy, and holistic movement under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Her love of movement spans contemporary dance, acro-yoga, kickboxing, and time outdoors.

Tala’s sessions are not about teaching people how to dance. They are about helping people listen to their bodies, shake off tension, and reconnect with their own natural rhythm.
