Wholehearted yoga
Wholehearted Yoga with Laila Qubti
Wholehearted Yoga is a 90-minute practice rooted in Hatha yoga and enriched by fascia-informed movement and somatic practices. Designed as an invitation to slow down and reconnect, the session combines mindful stretching, breath-led movement, gentle strengthening, and embodied awareness.
Throughout the practice, you will explore simple exercises that support the small stabilizing muscles, improve mobility and balance, and help release deeply held tension within the body. The session is guided with care and curiosity, encouraging you to move at your own pace while developing a more attentive and compassionate relationship with your body.
By bringing together Hatha yoga, fascia-informed techniques, and somatic awareness, the practice supports flexibility, strength, circulation, and nervous system regulation. You can expect to leave feeling more grounded, spacious, balanced, and connected to yourself.

About Laila
Laila has been teaching yoga since 2006. Her training began at Yoga Connection in Tucson, Arizona, where she developed an authentic and mindful approach to yoga that continues to shape her teaching today. Her later studies at Amrita Yoga in Kerala, India, deepened her understanding of yoga as a practice that extends far beyond physical postures.
Over the past 20 years, Laila’s work in psychosocial support, together with her personal experience recovering from a back injury, has shaped her interest in how the body holds stress, adapts, and heals. Her classes bring together mindful yoga, fascia-informed movement, stabilizing exercises, and somatic practices to help participants build strength with awareness and listen to their bodies with greater kindness.
